Yarn is the major part of the knitted garments. So we take yarn from well equipped spinning mills. We can produce all kinds of fabrics like Heavy jersey, lnterlock, 1X1 RIB, 2X1 RIB, 2X2 RIB, Lycra Jersey, Pique, Airtex, 2 Threads & 3 Thread Fleece, Auto stripes, Engineering stripes Wrapper Stripes , Polar Fleece, Modal , Slub, Mercerzide S/J, Jacquard.

Grey fabric is dyed according to the Color requirements with the standard dyes as environmental friendly azo free. The dyeing is made with soft flow machine to maintain the color and avoid any patches and fabric feel, the dyed fabric gets its own structure and feel dyeing gets over. Dyed fabric is compacted according to the required dia and the weight of the fabric the fabric shrinkage is controlled.

Compacted fabric is relaxed for the certain period based on the fabric design. The fabric is checked by the fabric inspector for the quality for the fabric quality and the Shrinkage. GSM, Color fastness before the cutting starts.Cutting is made by lay cutting machines & Hand cutting, according to the style with using the band knife .to maintain the quality of the cutted garments.

Print & Embroidery is prepared based on the design. Printing is prepared like Pigment print. Plaslisol, Foil, Flock, Foam, Glitter, Spray effect, High bulk .Gel. Photo print, Discharge print etc. Embroidery is prepared according to the design wise with using of Viscose yarn, Lurex Yarn, Cotton yarn to maintain the quality with using computerized machines to achieve the quality & time delivery.

Our unit has a capacity of 150 seats with all import machines (Siruba, Juki and pegaus); we have a production capacity of around 60000 pieces per month in all kind of styles, as our production department has well equipped tailors for giving best quality of goods and to keep time delivery.

Stitched garments are trimmed and checked by the checkers and the stain is removed with using the soap oil and stain remover to maintain the fabric feel and structure and also checked by the Quality Controllers of the checked garments quality. Ironing is made with steam iron boxes to remove the Wrinkles & to meet the quality of the garments.

As a presentation is the backbone of the garments, a high care is taken in this department. We pack the garments according to the needs of the buyer. Ex: Hanger pack, single pcs packing, assorted packing, master packing, car board packing etc.,
